There are doors that God has predesignated to open for you this year, until they are opened, you never gain access to certain blessings in life. The shut door is not the problem, a problem only exist when a man lacks the key that opens the doors. The palace was the place for Joseph, but until the door to the palace opened up to him; he never got there. The throne was David’s place, but until the door was opened to him, he never got there. Your door shall be opened in Jesus name.
Open doors simply mean gaining access to your kingdom heritage in life. It is having an unhindered access to all that heaven has designated for a man irrespective of every satanic plan. Living in fulfillment and abundance without the scarcity of anything! When the light of heaven shines upon an individual and all attention focused on such one who was once a person not to reckon with!
KEYS TO OPEN DOORS
1.DIVINE PRESENCE: PSALMS 114: 1-8
God’s presence is the master key to open all doors.
The reason many are living behind shut doors is because the personality that guarantees open door is absent.
Until you secure His presence, you may never gain access to your presents in life.
This is because He who journeys with you determines the outcome of your journey.
God’s presence is an informidable force that compels all doors to open of their own accord.
All through in the wilderness because God was with them, all doors remained open, none was feeble among their tribe, none thirst, because the Rock that produced water followed them; they never hungered, as manna was raining daily.
In Acts of the Apostles, there was none among them that lacked because God’s presence was so strong among them.
Everyone who sincerely retains God’s presence have blessings as proofs.
To secure His presence, among other things, you need to live a sanctified life constantly.
2.PRAISE: ACTS 16: 22-26
Praise is another major key that opens doors in life.
Paul and Silas understood this fact, and so when all the prison doors were locked against them, they switched over to praise and the Bible records that all their doors were opened.
Praise opened the doors of Jericho for the Children of Israel to gain access into their inheritance.
Praise opened the doors of heaven and brought back Lazarus from death.
Do you want to constantly encounter open doors? Then begin to worship the King who lives forever.
If you will need is God, then all it will take is praise because praise brings God down and when He comes, no door is strong enough to resist Him.
Those who praise Him discover their doors opened!
You’ve wept by the close door enough; it is time to apply the key of praise!
3.PRAYERS: ACTS 12: 1-6
James had just been killed and Peter was the next on the line. When James was arrested, the Church did nothing but assumed that God would do something until he was killed. So when Peter too was arrested and was to be brought out to be killed, the Church began to pray. They pray-opened the prison doors until all the iron doors were all opened.
Prayer is an unquestionable and proven key that opens all the doors of life no matter for how long the door has been shut.
As nebulous and intangible as prayer seems, it works! It is through prayers you get the Almighty God to move in your favour and open doors hitherto shut opened.
Jabez’s life was a picture of a man living behind closed doors. He became tired and wanted a change, so, he engaged the key of prayers. He called on his creator to carry out some corrections in his life and destiny and the bible records that his doors opened up for him.
Jacob was on his way to meet his brother Esau who has vowed to kill him when next they meet. But after Jacob had prayed, the door of favour opened unto him before Esau and the man who had vowed to kill him embraced him.
4.GIVING:
Solomon loved the Lord to the point that he offered the kind of sacrifice no one had ever offered before and his financial and wisdom doors opened.
God’s acceptable love is the giving love. If it does not cost you something, it can’t earn you something.
David in 1 Chronicles 29: 3 also used the key of giving to provoke his doors to open. It is the intensity of your love for God that determines how wide your doors will remain open for you.
Prayer opens doors, but giving keeps the doors open and keeps the blessing flowing!
Haggai 1: 8-10 says until we get dedicated to giving towards God’s kingdom, our doors may never be kept open! To enjoy the showers constantly and keep your doors open, you must remain addicted to God and His affairs on the earth!
BE SOLD OUT TO GOD, IT IS A MAJOR WAY TO KEEP YOUR HEAVEN OPEN!
5.BELIEVE IN YOURSELF:
The problem of an average man is lack of faith in himself. He believes in everybody around him than himself.
Until you believe in yourself, you never become a magnetic personality. Not until you believe in yourself, no door will ever open to you in life.
Until you believe in yourself, no one believes in you. Until you believe in yourself, you never become a thing in life.
The success of every man is a product of the faith he has in his God and in himself. Until you believe in yourself, you never function to your best.
When David stood before Goliath, he believed in His God who had given him past victories and also in himself that he could defeat Goliath and the door of victory which ultimately led to the palace opened unto him!
Apostle Paul put it in another way, when he said, I can do all things through Christ that strenghthen me (Phil. 4: 13) no wonder not one door was ever shut against him.
And to develop faith in yourself, you must see yourself as God sees you. Until you see yourself with the eye of God, you will always limit yourself in life.
6. DILIGENCE: Genesis 2: 15
There is no door that can remain shut before a man who is diligent. This is because diligence is a force that forces all doors open in life.
You can’t afford to be slothful, drowsy and lazy if doors must open to you in life. Take time to work, it is a major key to open doors in life. Little wonder, the Bible says for a diligent man, he will stand, not just before men, but before men that counts in the society.
Only the diligent have access to open doors. Joseph was so diligent that at every point in his life, doors were always opening for him. As a houseboy, he was diligent, as a prisoner, he was diligent and even as a prime minister, he was still diligent. One would think that the moment he became a prime minister he was going to relax, but the Bible records that he was still going around collecting food and crops all over Egypt. (Genesis 42: 48)
Isaac was also another man who enjoyed open doors via diligence. God told him not to go out of a famine land that He had a plan for him. He did not fold his hand and be expecting a miracle. Though there was no rain, he began what we know today as irrigation, transporting water from where it was available to where it was needed and as a result he ended the year as an envy to the whole Philistine nation. (Genesis 26; 1-3, 12-13)
You know one of the reasons Jesus constantly had open doors? He believed and practiced diligence. He said in Luke 2: 49, “I must be at my father’s business” also in John 4: 34, “My meat is to do the will of the father that sent me and to finish the work!”
Henry D. Thoreau said, “It is not enough to be busy; so are the ants. The question is: What are we busy about?”
7. DETERMINATION
Tommy Lasorda said, “The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination.”
How determined you are in life determines the number of doors that will always open for you.
To a determined man, there are no permanently closed doors, in a matter of time; all doors will open unto him.
A wise man said: “Some people succeed because they were destined to, but most people succeed because they were determined to.”
Determination is a settled intention to reach out for a purpose. It is the ability to refuse defeat and insist on accomplishment.
Without determination, goals suffer termination.
Sidney N. Bremer said, “No tyranny of circumstances can permanently imprison a determined will.”
“The man who wins may have been counted out several times, but he didn’t hear the referee” said H.E. Jansen.
Without determination, a great vision can be sacrificed on the altar of compromise.
To a determined man, there is nothing called a closed door because he has a staying power that keeps him on until the door is forced open.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, a man by name Moliere said, “Men are alike in their promises, it is only in their deeds that they differ.” Whatever door has been shut against you hitherto, I have hereby presented the keys that open all doors to you. Go make a difference, go and put them to use.
Practice these principles and see all your doors opened unto you. It's your day! For more of this teaching, you can reach me via my email: pastorsteves@yahoo.com or pastorsteves22@gmail.com or by phone: +2348030838770, +2348030838769, +2348079949541
